由下列数据可看出，中国电信和中国联通国际出口带宽数有明显下降。中国电信下降约18.5%，中国联通下降约5.4%，中国移动上涨约24.0%，总体下降约8.2%（注：相较第40次统计报告比较）。

According to following data, the international exporting bandwidth of China Telecom (CT) and China Unicom (CU) has dropped significantly. Comparing to the 40th report, CT's has decreased by about 18.5%; CU's has decreased by about 5.4%; China Mobile's has increased by about 24.0%; it has decreased by about 8.2% in all.
